How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship all orders in up to 7-10 days of receiving your order. On average most domestic orders could take up to 14 business days for delivery.
If you want to receive your order in time for Christmas, make your purchase by December 16th before midnight Eastern Standard Time.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Orders sent internationally via USPS Air Parcel Post or Global Priority usually take an extra 5-10 days for delivery. Pocono Mountain Leather is not responsible for duties, brokerage fees or any additional charges incurred during shipment. All orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, and all International orders will have shipping totals determined by your location. We will update you within 48 hours of your order with the updated total.
Can I make a purchase by phone, mail, or fax?
Yes. You may call to place an order over the phone at (570) 822-7157 - 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time).
Do you charge Sales Tax?
Internet businesses are required to charge sales tax for the state in which they are located. Since we have locations in Pennsylvania we are required by law to charge sales tax for all orders shipped to this stateTerms. Sales tax does not apply to other states or international orders.
Do you have a catalog you could mail?
No - Because we are continually updating our website with new products we are not able to supply a printed catalog.
Is your website secure?
Yes, we have a Comodo security certificate which uses 128 bit encrypted Secured Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure the security of your on-line purchase.
What if I am unhappy with my purchase?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, just e-mail or call us for a return authorization number. Return it within 7 days. You'll get a full refund (less shipping and handling). Items returned after seven days or without a return authorization number may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Clearance items are not included in this return policy and are non-refundable.
Items that are to be returned, must be in their original shape, free of any defect. (Please note that you must first e-mail us or call us for a return authorization number).
